A customer organisation is responsible for the users, business assets, and platform permissions it authorises. Users may access only the workspace and connected channels made available to their organisation.
CRM One uses platform data only to deliver the customer-requested service for assets that the customer owns or is authorised to manage. Customers remain responsible for maintaining the permissions and notices required for their use of connected platforms.
